The Council discussed the funding of the park, possible fundraising opportunities through tournaments, sponsorship opportunities, obtaining labor through the community, timing of the project, and what projects would not get done if funds were used for the park. It was Council's consensus that they were in support of the project, but needed information as to funding sources and what would not get done if this project went forward.. 2) 2011 General Fund Budget Finance Officer Lund reviewed staffls report. The Council discussed the levy, holding the levy at the same rate, increasing the budget, holding the budget where it was at, possible service cuts, Councilmember Elvig left the meeting at 6:27 p.m. It was Council's consensus for staff to work within the same actual dollars paid by the residents as last year. 3) Abatement Update and Update on 15415 Saint Francis Blvd (Ken Niles Property, d/b/a Ken's 4x4) Planning Manager Miller reviewed staffls report. The Council discussed whether the business was allowed to operate in this area and which process was appropriate to follow (i.e. abatement or criminal). It was Council's consensus for staff to give the property owner 30 days with two 30 day extensions, including the 30 days already given to the property owner to clean up the property. If the property owner is not making continual process during that time period, the City will come in and clean the property. 4) Accessory Structures Standards Continued to a future Council meeting. 5) Discuss Procedure for Maintaining a Contractors List Continued to a future Council meeting.
