<br />ADDENDUM A TO RESOLUTION # , A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />THE 2010 LABOR AGREEMENT WITH LELS-PATROL <br /> <br />Article XXIV <br /> <br />Appendix XXII <br /> <br />Article XVII <br /> <br />Section 17.1 <br /> <br />Section 17.4 <br /> <br />Article XVIII <br /> <br />Section 18.1 <br /> <br />Duration: One-year / 2010 <br /> <br />Salaries <br />· 2010-0% COLA with step increases for those who are <br />eligible. <br /> <br />Holidays <br /> <br />For 2010 only, the following changes will be made to Article <br />XVII, Sections 17.1 and 17.4 ofthe 2010 LELS Labor Agreement: <br /> <br />Employees 'lIill receive or be given credit in the '.york schedule for <br />ninety six (96) holiday hours per year. Employees will receive or <br />be given credit in the work schedule for ninety-six (96) holiday <br />hours per year, and four additional holiday hours which must be <br />taken as paid leave in 2010. <br /> <br />Each Employee shall have the option to sell any or all of his/her <br />holiday hours back to the employer at his/her current rate of pay. <br />This holiday buy back option may be taken during tV/O time <br />periods annually: January 1 through January 15, and November 1 <br />through November 15. In any event, no holiday hours shall carry <br />over to the next year. Each employee shall have the option to sell <br />54 of his/her holiday hours back to the employer at his/her current <br />rate of pay. This holiday buy back option may be taken during <br />November 1 through November 15. In any event. no holiday hours <br />shall carryover to the next year. <br /> <br />All other provisions of Article XVII shall apply normally. <br /> <br />Health Insurance <br /> <br />Effective July 1,2010, the employer contribution for 2010 is <br />indicated in the table below. Savings realized by making the City's <br />2010 health insurance contribution increase effective July 1, 2010 <br />rather than January 1,2010 will be divided equally among the nine <br />LELS members who are not eligible for a step increase in 2010. <br />The health insurance contribution savings will be paid as a non- <br />base lump sum on the employee's anniversary date. <br />
