<br />Mr. Olson replied that we would have to belong to either a watershed organization or a <br />watershed district. We really cannot opt out of one watershed and go to the next. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued relating to possible options. <br /> <br />Councilmember Dehen stated that we have discussed taking it on internally but it's not <br />cost effective.
