<br />2.02 Recycling Program Presentation - AHS Honors Students <br /> <br />Students from Anoka High School presented their recommendation for a "Message in a Bottle" <br />recycling program at Bill's Superette in Ramsey. <br /> <br />2.03 Presentation by Judy Thompson - CenterPoint Energy <br /> <br />Judy Thompson, Field Collector CenterPoint Energy, presented the Community Partnership <br />Grant for $2,401.00 to be used for the purchase of firefighting helmets and training material for <br />the Fire Department. <br /> <br />3. CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />4. APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich pulled item 5.17 to be added as item 7.05 and delete item 5.16. <br /> <br />Councilmember McGlone pulled item 7.12 to be added as item 7.06. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to approve the agenda as <br />amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, Wise Dehen, Jeffrey, and <br />McGlone. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Elvig. <br /> <br />5.
