Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 910 -07 - <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT A <br />DETACHED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE <br />THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AT 16151 OLIVINE ST NW AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME <br />WHEREAS, Colin S. Hogue and Laura L. Hogue, hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Applicant," has properly applied for a variance from Section 117-349 (Accessory Uses and <br />Buildings) of the Ramsey City Code to construct an. accessory building nearer the front property <br />line than the principal structure (the "Structure") on the property generally known as 16151 <br />Olivine St NW and legally described as follows: <br />Unplatted Ramsey Township that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 16, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the northeast comer of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter thence on <br />a bearing of north 89 degrees 15 minutes 46 seconds west along the north line thereof a distance <br />of 270.0 feet -thence south 0 degrees 29 minutes 11 seconds west a distance of 711.18 feet to the <br />point of beginning of the tract of land to be described -thence continue south 0 degrees 29 <br />minutes 11 seconds west a distance of 276.35 feet to a line drawn parallel with and 333.0 feet <br />north of the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter -thence south 89 <br />degrees 16 minutes 27 seconds east along said parallel line a distance of 270.00 feet to the east <br />line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter -thence north 0 degrees 29 minutes 11 <br />seconds east along said eastern line a distance of 277.48 feet to its intersection with a line drawn <br />south 89 degrees 30 minutes 49 seconds east from the point of beginning -thence north 89 degrees <br />30 minutes 49 seconds west a distance of 270.00 feet to the point of beginning (subject to and <br />together with the right to ingress and egress in common with others over the following described <br />easement) (A) the north 66 feet of the east 303.0 feet of these quarter of the northeast quarter of <br />said Section 16 (B) a strip of land 66 feet in width lying 33 feet on each side of the following <br />described line -commencing at the northeast comer of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter of said Section 16 -thence north 89 degrees ' 15 minutes 46 seconds west a distance of <br />270.0 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described -thence south 0 degrees 29 minutes <br />11 seconds west a distance of 1020.53 feet to a point on a line drawn parallel with and 300.0 feet <br />north of the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and there terminating <br />(C) the south 66 feet of the 303.0 feet of the point of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter of said Section 16 lying north.of a line drawn parallel with and 300 feet north of the <br />south line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (D) a strip of land 66 feet in width <br />lying 33 feet on each side of the following described line -commencing at the northeast comer of <br />the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Secton 16 -thence north 89 degrees 15 <br />minutes 46 seconds west a distance of 270.0 feet -thence south 0 degrees 29 minutes 11 seconds <br />west a distance of 233.0 feet to the point of beginning of the tract of land to be described -thence <br />north 89 degrees 30 miutes 49 seconds west a distance of 523.0 feet and there terminating - <br />together with all that part of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter lying within the <br />circumference of a circle using the aforesaid point of termination as its center and having a radius <br />14 <br />
