Absent: None. <br />The Public Hearing closed at 7:34 p.m. <br />Board Business <br />Motion by Board Member Levine, seconded by Chairperson Van Scoy to adopt resolution #10- <br />05-100 adopting findings of fact 40869 favorable to the applicant relating to a request for a <br />variance at 14440 Bowers Drive NW. . <br />Motion Carried. Voting. Yes: Chairperson Van Scoy, Board Members, Levine, Brauer, <br />Cleveland, Dunaway, Hunt, and Rogers. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />Motion by Board Member Levine, seconded by Board Member Dunaway to approve the request <br />for a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal <br />structure at 14440 Bowers Drive NW, based on the findings of fact and adopt Resolution #10-05- <br />101 declaring terms of the variance. <br />Motion Carried.
