• Joint Council Meeting with the City of Nowthen. A joint meeting has been scheduled <br />with the City Council and staff of Nowthen. Ramsey will host the meeting. It is <br />scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 18, 2010, in the Alexander Ramsey <br />Room. <br />• Flagherty Collins Project. It was the Council's consensus to recommend the HRA send <br />Councilmember Look and Elvig to the Flagherty, Collins project with funding to come <br />from the HRA. <br />9.
