CASE # j ~ ~ a. <br />REPORT FROM PUBLIC WORKS <br />By: Public Works Staff <br />The Public Works Committee met on Tuesday, June I5, 2010 and discussed the following 4 <br />cases: <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion to approve the agenda as submitted. <br />Case #1: Consider aRight-of-Way Plan for the future Variolite Street Extension into <br />the COR <br />Background: <br />This is being presented as a separate case. <br />Action: <br />None required. <br />Case #2: Consider Request to add Municipal Sewer and Water to a portion of IP 08- <br />34 <br />Background: <br />Staff noted this case was for informational purpose. <br />Staff has been contacted by a property owner located within IP 08-34, 15151 Avenue, 152"a <br />Avenue and Fluorine Street proposing the extension of sanitary sewer and municipal water along <br />with concrete curb and gutter to his property at his sole expense. <br />The Committee discussion was they were nervous about looking at this without a petition with <br />2/3 signatures. <br />Action: <br />No action taken. <br />Case #3: Consider Driveway Aprons Paving Policy <br />Background: <br />
