CASE # 2 <br />CONSIDER REQUEST ADD MUNICIPAL SEWER AND WATER <br />TO A PORTION OF IP 08-34 <br />By Steven Jankowski, Assistant City Engineer <br />Background: <br />Staff has been contacted by Mr. Leon Fisher who is the owner of one of the properties located <br />within IP 08-34. The scope of this project includes the installation of storm sewer and paving of <br />1 S 1 sc Avenue, 152"d Avenue and Fluorine Street and is scheduled for latex this srunmer. Mr. <br />Fisher whose property is located on 152"d Avenue has proposed the extension of sanitary sewex <br />and municipal water along with concrete curb and gutter to his property at his sole expense. A <br />sketch of the scope of the added improvements is attached. A cost estimate is being prepared by <br />staff for this additional work and will be presented to Mr. Fisher prior to the meeting. Mr. Fisher <br />will be in attendance to participate in this discussion. <br />The extension of sewer and water has been controversial in the past within this area.
