22. That, if granted, the Variance will not increase the congestion on the public street. <br />23. That, if granted, the Variance will not adversely impact the degree of public health, safety and <br />general welfare provided for in the Ramsey City Code. <br />24. That, if granted, the Variance will not diminish established property values within the <br />neighborhood. <br />25. That, if granted, the Variance requested is not the minimum variance necessary to accomplish <br />the intended purpose of the Applicants. <br />26. That, if granted, the variance will not grant the Applicants any special privilege that is denied to <br />the owners of other land in the same district. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member Hunt, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Chairperson Van Scoy <br />Board Member Levine <br />Board Member Hunt <br />Board Member Brauer <br />Board Member Cleveland <br />Board Member Dunaway <br />Board Member Rogers <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey B rd of Adjustment this the 6cn <br />day of May, 2010. ,~ / <br />LUTION #10-OS-098 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
