New test signs would have to be <br />added each year using this method. <br />Staff is recommending using a combination of the expected sign life and blanket replacement for <br />our management method. After our sign inventory is complete we would replace all signs that <br />are known to be older than 12 years old. The blanket replacement would come into play as we <br />replace all signs during an over lay or reconstruction project.
