Consent # ~ ~~ <br />AUTHORIZE PAY APPLICATION NUMBER 3 FOR THE RAMSEY MUNICIPAL <br />CENTER REMODEL <br />By: Jessica L. Hendricks, Management Intern <br />Background: <br />Construction for the Ramsey Municipal Center Build Out began on March 30, 2010. The project <br />was completed on July 19, 2010. <br />On July 16, 2010 the Construction Administrator from BKV Group, Inc met with representatives <br />from Mi1Con, the general contractor for the project, Anoka County representatives and City <br />Staff. After touring the construction area and verifying the work done, BKV submitted the <br />attached pay application. <br />The total amount of Pay Application No. 3 is $45,310.03. This pay application represents the <br />final pay application from Mi1Con, for a total of $119,866.60. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends authorizing Pay Application No. 3 as submitted. <br />Council Action: <br />Authorize Resolution No. 10-07-XXX, Authorizing Pay Application No. 3 for the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center Remodel. <br />Attachments: <br />Application and Certificate for Payment <br />Reviewed by: <br />Finance Officer <br />City Administrator: <br />CC: 07/27/2010 <br />
