~5~~5 <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #10-07-XXX <br />RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #10- <br />25 THE BITUMINOUS PAVING OF CHAMELEON STREET NW IN THE SHAWN <br />ACRES SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted July 27, 2010, a <br />feasibility report for the bituminous paving of Chameleon Street in the Shawn Acres Subdivision <br />has been received, having been prepared by Steve Jankowski, Assistant City Engineer. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of grading and paving <br />Chameleon Street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 8.4 at an estimated total cost of $323,998. <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 24th day of <br />August, 2010 at Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW at 7:00 p.m. and <br />the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 27th day of July, 2010. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION #10-07-XXX <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
