The purpose of this oven ended permit Is to allow City staff to assess how best to hold and areaare for events in the Citv's new amphitheater. This also covers the City of Ramsev Foundation's free Summer Concert 23) An estimate of the numbers of persons and spectators expected to attend the event on each day it is conducted, together with detailed information supporting such estimate: The amphitheater seats aooroximately 300 people. with space for up t0 630 persons when including the area surrounding the amphitheater. 24) A detailed explanation of a policing plan: For the Initial concert event. there will be one police officer present. After the initial event. there will be an assessment as to whether addttional police presence is necessary.
