CONSENT CASE # S ~ ~b <br />RESCHEDULE/CANCEL CITY MEETINGS FOR AUGUST <br />By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br />Background: <br />Council will be asked to make the following changes to the regular August meeting schedule. <br />• Cancel regular Work Session & HRA scheduled for Tuesday, August 3, due to Night to <br />Unite <br />• Reschedule Council Committee(s), Work Session and regular City Council Meeting, <br />from Tuesday, August 10, 2010 to Monday, August 9, 2010, due to the Primary Election <br />• Schedule Canvassing Board to canvass votes from the Primary Election for 8:00 Friday <br />morning, August 13, 2010 <br />• Cancel Public Works Committee and Council Work Session on Tuesday, August 17, <br />2010 due to Ramsey Business Appreciation Golf Event. <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to cancel the Work Session and HRA for Tuesday, August 3, due to Night to Unite; <br />Reschedule the meetings from Tuesday, August 10 to Monday August 9 due to the Primary <br />Election; Schedule Canvassing Board to 8:00 a.m. Friday, August 13; and cancel the meetings <br />for Tuesday, August 17, due to the Ramsey Business Appreciation Golf Event. <br />CC: 07/27/10 <br />
