Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Dehen and Commissioners Ramsey, Wise, Look, and McGlone. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Elvig and Jeffrey. The Special HRA meeting moved into a closed session at 8:40 p.m. Motion by Commissioner Ramsey, seconded by Commissioner Look, to reconvene the open meeting. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Dehen and Commissioners Ramsey, Look, McGlone, and Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Elvig and Jeffrey. The closed session ended at 9:38 p.m. The special meeting was reconvened at 9:38 p.m. Case #2: Update on HRA Projects Development Manager Lazan updated the HRA on the projects. Deputy City Administrator Nelson updated the HRA on working on the template agreements with the attorneys and the hourly rates being charged. Chairperson Dehen recommended staff obtain an estimate of time the attorneys were going to work on this. Deputy City Administrator Nelson stated she could probably get an estimate on the Sands project, but she was not sure if the attorneys would be able to give an estimate on fixture projects as it depended on the deal. City Attorney Goodrich noted that this meeting could move into closed session to discuss the purchase and sale of property on the NE quadrant of the Round-a-bout. Motion by Commissioner Ramsey, seconded by Commissioner Look, to move to closed session. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Dehen and Commissioners Ramsey, Look, McGlone, and Wise. Voting No: None.. Absent: Commissioners Elvig and Jeffrey. The Special HRA meeting moved into a closed session at 10:00 p.m. Motion by Commissioner Ramsey, seconded by Commissioner Look, to close the closed session and reconvene the regular meting.
