Motion by Commissioner McGlone, seconded by Commissioner Look, to approve the agenda as amended. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Dehen, Commissioners McGlone, Look, Jeffrey, Ramsey and Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Elvig. HRA BUSINESS Case #2: ICSC Recap -Brand Rollout Development Manager Lazan reviewed the staff report. There was discussion regarding the rollout process, budget, and timeline. It was Council's consensus to direct staff to seek proposals from Himle Horner and prepare the press releases documents so the information went to the press all at one time. Commissioner Dehen stated he expected the cost to be nominal. Case #1: Consider Farmer's Market Promotion Pazks Supervisor Riverblood reviewed the staff report. There was discussion regarding the type of merchandisers and the quality of merchandise that would be at the mazket. Commissioner Jeffrey left the meeting at 9:19 p.m. Motion by Commissioner Ramsey, seconded by Commissioner McGlone, to allocate up to $5,000 for the 2010 promotion of Ramsey's Farmers Market. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Dehen, Commissioners Ramsey, McGlone, Look, and Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Elvig and Jeffrey. Case #3: Discuss the Sale of Property in Ramsey Town Center Development Manager Lazan noted that this meeting can move into closed session to discuss the sale of property in Ramsey Town Center -property located at the southwest corner of Ramsey Boulevard and Sunwood Drive. Motion by Commissioner Ramsey, seconded by Commissioner Wise, to move to closed session. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Dehen, Commissioners Ramsey, Wise, Look, and McGlone. Voting No: None.
