Associate Planner stated there is no standard of grade change or standard of setback according to <br />state statute, however there are four criteria for consideration of an undue hardship, he then listed <br />the four criteria. <br />Motion by Chairperson Van Scoy to table the case based on the need for additional information <br />regarding the degree of the slope, seconded by Board Member Levine. <br />Motion Carried: Voting Yes: Chairperson Van Scoy, Board Members, Levine, Brauer, <br />Cleveland, Hunt, and Rogers. Voting No: None.
