Services are provided <br />in the client's home, apartment, foster home, or board and lodging <br />facility. <br />Services are provided to persons with developmental disabilities <br />whose dependency requires services above the level of board and <br />lodging but who do not need 24-hour-per-day care or supervision. <br />Clients cannot be at risk for ICF/DD placement. <br />119 agency licenses, as of December 27, 2009 <br />Not applicable <br />None <br />Chapter 245B, Semi-independent living services (Minn.
