<br />Mr. Kruger thanked Council for allowing the Anoka County License Center to be located in the <br />City Hall. He stated it was much more convenient now. <br /> <br />Mr. Kruger stated he agreed with Councilmember Elvig to rename Meandering Park. He <br />suggested naming it in honor of the former police chief. <br /> <br />4. APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich added 7.07, from personnel committee, to authorize to hire paid on <br />call fire fighters. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Wise, seconded by Councilmember Look, to approve the agenda as <br />amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Wise, Look, Dehen, Elvig, <br />Jeffrey, and McGlone. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />5.
