Associate
Planner Gladhill stated three feet from eave overhang to eaue overhang per building code.
Colin and Laura Hogue, 16151 Olivine Street explained they want to store a boat and an ATV in
the new garage. They stated they made sure the neighbors were fine with the location. A sand
point well is stored in the tin shed and if they put a garage in front of it, it would be difficult to
access the sand point well.
Chairperson Van Scoy questioned what the objection is to the second proposed location.
Mr. Hogue stated there is a 25 year old apple tree, strawberry and blueberry patches in that
location. Ms. Hogue stated they are a very tree and garden oriented family and it would be
difficult to remove those items.
Motion by Board Member Cleveland, seconded by Board Member Levine, to close the public
hearing.
Motion Carried.
