APr.16. 2010 10:47AM PineRidge Pet Care <br />1�• <br />Contract Agreement <br />Re: Burger King directional sign <br />No. 9705 P. 2 <br />PineRidge Pet Care agrees to allow Dolphin Fast Food, Inc. to use space on its <br />existing highway sign upon the following conditions. <br />Dolphin Fast Food, Inc, will be responsible for: <br />• Obtaining approval and all necessary permits from the City of <br />Ramsey <br />• Creation and installation of directional signage <br />• Installation of electrical circuits to light the additional signage <br />• Installation of electrical meter <br />Painting and general maintenance of steel posts <br />Paying a one time fee of $500, payable to PineRidge Pet Care <br />This contract is transferrable to any and all future owners and tenants of the <br />property. <br />As an authorized agent of PineRidge Pet Care, I have full authority to legally <br />execute this contract.
