PROPOSAL FOR SURVEYING SERVICES <br />RE-PLAT OF RTC 5TH ADDITION <br />By: Darren Lazan, Development Manager <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Cun•ently, the property bound by Sunwqod Drive, Sapphire Street, Civic Center Drive, and <br />Zeolite Street is comprised of several parcels previously platted by Ramsey Town Center, LLC. <br />The Municipal Center and Municipal Parking Ramp, as well as the proposed addition to the <br />Municipal Parking Ramp are included in this property, but are not necessarily wholly contained <br />within an appropriate parcel. <br />Current development proposals for two uses also within this property will require their own <br />unique parcel to facilitate their conveyance. <br />The responsibility to Plat the appropriate parcels to convey to it's buyers typically falls on the <br />developer, in this case the HRA. <br />Attached is a proposal to provide the necessary surveying services to prepare, coordinate, and <br />record a new plat encompassing all of the above parcels and resolve all outstanding property <br />issues within this block. This proposal is consistent with the current development management <br />contract, in that all services beyond concept sketch work will be presented under separate <br />contract for your approval. <br />DEVELOPMENT TEAM RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Development Team recommends the HRA approve the attached contract and direct the team <br />to prepare the appropriate documents, facilitate municipal and county approvals, and record the <br />new plat concurrent with the first closing related to new development. <br />HRA ACTION: <br />By Motion, approve the contract with Landform Professional Services, and direct the team to <br />prepare the appropriate documents, facilitate municipal and county approvals, and record the <br />new plat concurrent with the first closing related to new development. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />A.
