CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special City Council meeting on Tuesday, August 3, <br />2010, in the Lake Itasca Room of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW. <br />Members Present: Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jeff Wise <br />Members Absent: Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis G. Ulrich <br />Deputy City Administrator/Dir. of Community Development Heidi Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Director of Public Works Brian Olson <br />City Engineer Tim Himmer <br />CALL TO ORDER: <br />Mayor Ramsey called the special City Council meeting to order at 4:03 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Look and seconded by Councilmember McGlone to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />Motion carried. All voted in favor. - <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />4.01. Consider Contract Revisions for City Project #10 -23, The Draw (Formerly Known <br />as East Meandering Commons Park) <br />City Engineer Himmer presented some background information relating to the contract to <br />construct East Meandering Commons Park ($2,138,913.05). The contract was awarded in April <br />to W. Gohman Construction. At that time, there were some outstanding issues with the Lower <br />Special City Council — August 3, 2010 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
