Also, the slopes have also been reduced adjacent to the trail. <br />The pond on the NW corner of Alpine Drive and Sodium St. will have extensive <br />landscaping along its southerly edge. Also the slopes on the west end of the pond have <br />been reduced. The retaining wall on the east side of Wetland 3 will have a split rail fence <br />on top and a row of 6' evergreens. <br />If the City Council desires, a dedicated easement or Outlot will be granted to provide <br />access to the upland property on the east side. The location shall be agreed upon by the <br />City and Developer. <br />Retaining Walls with a height greater than 42" will require a fence to be installed on top. <br /> <br />Alpine Acres 2nd Addition: <br /> <br />1.
