WHEREAS, due to scheduling conflicts the Planning Commission was unable to <br />reschedule a special meeting; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held their regular meeting on June 5, 2003 and <br />conducted a public hearing and recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat of <br />Alpine Acres contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 16, 2003; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Code states that preliminary plats must wait at least 14 days following <br />the Planning Commission public hearing to be reviewed by the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with City Code requirements the preliminary plat for Alpine <br />Acres could be reviewed by the City Council on June 10, 2003 if the Planning Commission was <br />able to take official action at the May 20, 2003 special Planning Commission meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Waives the 14 day time frame requirement between the Planning Commission public <br />hearing and City Council review for the preliminary plat of Alpine Acres. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the l0th day of June, 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-06- <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />-233- <br /> <br /> <br />
