-276- ORDINANCE #03- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residential to R-2 Medium Density Residential: That part of the north half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northerly of 153rd Avenue NW and lying easterly of the easterly right of way line of Anoka County Higl~way right-of-way Plat No. 1, except that part thereof lying west of the following described line: Commencing at the intersection of the north line of said north half of the iSouthwest Quarter with the east line of said Anoka county Highway fight-of-way Pl~.t No. 1; thence easterly along the said north line 214.98 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence southerly at an angle to the left from said north line of 93 degrees 04 minutes 26 seconds a distaihce of 196.19 feet, more or less, to the northerly line of said 153rd Avenue NW and said line'there terminating. (the "Subject Property") SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
