I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I WHEREAS, on May 5, 2003, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat to the City for the development of the Subject Property to be named Alpine Acres 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, on June 5, 2003, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat of Alpine Acres 2nd Addition contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 30, 2003, the City Council approving a comprehensive plan amendment to change the land use designation in the Comprehensive Pla. n from low density residential to medium density residential, and the property being rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residential to R-2 Medium Density Residential; and WHEREAS, June 10, 2003 the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for Alpine Acres 2nd Addition; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Alpine Acres 2nd Addition contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 30, 2003, the Subject Property receiving a comprehensive plan amendment to change the land use designation in the Comprehensive Plan from low density residential to medium density residential and the property being rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residential to R~2 Medium Density Residential. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the .following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the l0th day of June, 2003.
