Sunwood Drive at Industry Avenue--modify the shared lanes on the northbound, eastbound and westbound approaches to provide lef~ turn lanes and shared through/right turn lanes. The following intersections will need to be signalized: Ramsey Boulevard at Industry Avenue Armstrong Boulevard at Industry Avenue · Industry Avenue at Sunfish Lake Boulevard · Ramsey Boulevard at Sunwood Drive Sunwood Drive at Industry Avenue · Sunwood Drive at Armstrong Boulevard New North/South Road located within the Town Center at Industry Avenue At their May 1, 2003 meeting, the Planning Commission tabled action on sketch plan to the June 5, 2003 meeting in order to study the plan in greater detail. Since that time, Staff has met with most of the Planning Commissioners to review the plan. In addition, a joint meeting with the City Council and Town Center Task Force was held on June 3, 2003 to discuss Town Center matters. The Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan at its June 5, 2003 meeting and recommends to the City Council that Ramsey Town Center LLC proceed to preliminary plat stage. Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council make a motion to approve the sketch plan and that the Ramsey Town Center proceed to preliminary plat stage. Commission Action: Motion to approve the sketch plan for the Ramsey Town Center and instruct the applicant, Ramsey Town Center LLC to move to preliminary plat stage.
