Unfortunately, Staff did make an error in scheduling and the request for extension
has not been reviewed by the Planning Commission. The request is proposed to be on the July
agenda for the Planning Commission.

Recommendation:

The current extension expires on June 26; the soonest City Council can take action on the request
is July 15. Staff is recommending that City Council grant a 21 day administrative extension to
the conditional use permit to allow the Planning Commission the opportunity to consider the
request and make a recommendation to City Council.

Council Action:

Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember
to grant a 21 day extension to July 17, 2003 relating to the conditional use permit issued to St
Paul Terminals for a recycling facility.

Review Checldist:

City Administrator
City Attorney
Principal Planner
Associate Planner

CC: 06/010/03

I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
i
I
I
I
I
I
I
