The current rate allocated to the laterals is $10,057 per residence ($3118 for water and $6,939 for sanitary sewer). Based on a total number of twenty one (21) benefited property owners, who do not already have water and sewer hookups, the hookups will generate-S211,197. It is anticipated that several lots will be subdivided, thereby increasing the revenues to more than pay for the cost of the project.
