For .water hookup, the lateral charge is $ 3,118 and the trunk fee is $ 562. For sewer hookup, the lateral charge !s $ 6,939 the trunk fee is $1,252. The total lateral gharge'for water and sewer is $ 10,057. The current eight residences would generate $ 80,456. However, if each of the eight groups of three lots would s. plit into bvo lots, then the sixteen hookups would generate $ 160,912. This would more than cover the expected cost shown below.
