-88- <br /> <br />Consent # <br /> <br />REPLACEMENT OF VOICE RECORDING SYSTEM FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> By: Captain Timothy Dwyer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Police Department is in need of a better voice recording system for interview and <br />interrogations. We have tried several options and have determined that a digital <br />recording system works the best for our applications. Dictaphone Inc. has a top notch <br />recorder and transcription machine that we were able to test for two months. The Police <br />Department would like to replace some of the older existing recording devices with this <br />new system to be used by our investigators.
