WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal City Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends 9`h partial payment to CB & I, Inc. in the amount of $89,491.60. WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal City Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends 10`h partial payment to CB & I, Inc. in the amount of $7,600.00. WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal City Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends 11`h partial payment to CB & I, Inc. in the amount of $178,092.36. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to CB & I, Inc. for Improvement Project 08-21, Water Tower #3 in the amount of $178,092.36. 2) That the City Council hereby accepts the partial pay request and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the date of June 22, 2010. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember McGlone and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmember Elvig Councilmember McGlone Councilmember Jeffrey Councilmember Look Councilmember Wise and the following voted against the same: none and the following abstained: none and~the following were absent: Mayor Ramsey Councilmember Dehen RESOLUTION #10-06-127 Page 2 of 3
