The Council expressed concern the line would end up running through Town Center, which they <br />did not want. <br />Councilmember Elvig suggested a Resolution be prepared giving City direction on the route of <br />the transmission line. <br />Dave Kempf requested staff provide them with design plans for the Town Center so they knew <br />what they had to work around.. <br />It was Council's consensus to draft a Resolution to be forwarded to the PUC and the City of <br />Anoka identifying the early concerns of the phase 2 process and to let Anoka take the lead on <br />phase 1 with the City of Ramsey's input as to where the line started within Ramsey. <br />2) Update on Wilson House <br />Planning Manager Miller reviewed staff s report. <br />Councilmember Look expressed concern about more months of due diligence and he wanted it <br />taken down. <br />Fire Chief Kapler stated the Fire Department could get some training in the burning of the home. <br />Mayor Ramsey stated he would like to see the house get used for training. <br />It was Council's consensus to use the Wilson House for Fire Department training with the home <br />being burned down by the middle of September. <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />None <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The Work Session of the City Council was adjourned at 6:51 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /><V ' ~ ~ , <br />Kurtis G.
