SIX MONTH REVIEW OF DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND <br />DISCUSSION OF WINTER WORK PLAN <br />By: Heidi A. Nelson, HRA Executive Director <br />Background: <br />The one -year contract for Development Management Services for The COR was <br />established in April of this year. Staff would like to review with the HRA work that has been <br />completed and the status of various projects as part of a six -month review of Development <br />Management Services for The COR. In addition, staff would like to review the work plan that is <br />proposed to be accomplished over the winter months in preparation for the Spring 2011 <br />construction season. <br />WINTER 2010/2011 WORK PLAN: <br />• Establish Special Services District by 12/31/10 <br />• Revise Master Plan and Land Use for items previously addressed in Master <br />Declaration <br />• Review and revise COR Zoning and Design Standards for items previously <br />addressed in Master Declaration <br />• Amend Parking Use and Maintenance Agreement (PUMA) <br />• Review Marketing Plan <br />• Complete RFP for Large Office Users and Solicitation <br />• Consider Residential RFP and Establish Partnerships with local builders in <br />market <br />• Continue discussions with national builders for 2011/2012 construction season <br />• Parking Allocation Plan for the first ring of The COR <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Receive six -month review of work completed and project status and provide feedback. <br />Review winter 2010/2011 work plan and provide feedback to staff. <br />HRA Action: <br />No formal action required, provide feedback to staff. <br />HRA: 09/21/2010 <br />cct & 2, <br />
