CASE # b Oy PUBLIC HEARING ON IP 08 -33 UTE STREET IMPROVEMENTS By: Steven Jankowski, Assistant City Engineer Background: This project consists of the grading and paving of Ute Street north of 179 Lane. The project also included the installation of storm sewer and water treatment before discharging to Rogers Lake. Project costs are to be divided among three funding sources which.include: the city general fund; the storm water utility; and special assessments to nine benefrtted properties. The assessed portion of the costs are to be collected over a ten year period as specified in the project feasibility study. — At the time of this writing all project elements have been completed except for the final turf restoration which is expected to take place prior to the assessment public hearing. These costs have been estimated in determining the final project costs.
