The date or event that will terminate the use can be identified with certainty. <br />We are requesting that the signs be allowed for five years or until the City completes a zoning <br />amendment that addresses sign standards for The COR. <br />c. Permission of the use will not impose additional costs on the public if it is necessary for the <br />public to take the property in the future. <br />The interim use will not impose additional costs on the public because the proposed signs would all be <br />located on city -owned property. <br />d.
