That the proposal will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities <br />and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. <br />25. That the proposal will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any persons, <br />property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of glare. <br />26. That the proposed signage will require approval by Minnesota Department of Transportation because <br />it will be an off - premise sign along a state highway. <br />27.
