Specifically, Minnesota State Building
Code criteria would need to be met in order for the modular home to be located on a residential
parcel within the city.
Councilmember Dehen stated that many high end homes are constructed off-site and are brought
in and constructed at the home site, and he is wondering how the proposed homes are different.
City Council /August 9, 2010
