CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a Special City Council Meeting on Tuesday, December 15, <br />2009, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Members Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Mayor Ramsey called the Special City Council meeting to order at 5:04 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved, as submitted. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Ramsey Arbor Properties vs. City of Ramsey <br />City Attorney Goodrich noted that this meeting could move into closed session to allow for an <br />attorney/client privileged discussion regarding the Ramsey Arbor Properties, LLC v. City of <br />Ramsey lawsuit. <br />Motion by Councilmember Wise, seconded by Councilmember Look, to move to closed session. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey and Councilmembers Wise, Look, Dehen, Elvig, <br />and McGlone. Voting No: None.
