COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />4.01: Bury & Carlson Litigation Issues -Portions of this discussion may be closed to the <br />public <br />City Attorney Goodrich noted that this meeting can move into closed session to discuss the Bury <br />& Carlson litigation issues. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffery, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to move to closed <br />session. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey and Councilmembers Jeffrey, Wise, Dehen, Elvig, <br />Look, and McGlone. Voting No: None. <br />The Special Council meeting moved into a closed session at 9:38 p.m. <br />The closed session ended at 9:53 p.m <br />4:02: Kiefer vs. City of Ramsey -Special Assessment Appeal -Portions of this discussion <br />may be closed to the public <br />City Attorney Goodrich reviewed staff's report. He noted the meeting did not need to be closed <br />at this time as he did not have a settlement offer yet. He indicated there was no motion <br />necessary. <br />4.03: Consider Sale of City-Owned Property in the 14100 Block of Xkimo Street NW - <br />Portions of this discussion may be closed to the public <br />Associate Planner Gladhill reviewed staff' s report. <br />City Attorney Goodrich noted that this meeting can move into closed session to consider the sale <br />and Purchase Agreement of City owned property in the 14100 Block of Xkimo Street NW, near <br />142"d Avenue and Xkimo Street. <br />Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to move to closed session. <br />Special City Council Meeting /July 13, 2010 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
