Registration and Reservations ICSC Chicago Deal Making Hyatt Regency Chicago, Chicago, IL, October28-29, 2010 Meeting Registration All attendees (including Deal Making exhibitors) must register for the ICSC Chicago Deal Making. The advance registration fees are $255 for ICSC members; $355 for non- members. On -site registration fees are $325 for members; $425 for non-members; $50 for ICSC student members (registrants must be ICSC student members to qualify for the student rate). To register please complete the attached Registration Form and return it with your check made payable to ICSC. For faster registration use ICSCNET at www.icsc.org/2010CDM. Credit card holders can fax their registration to ICSC at +1 732 694 1800. Cancellation of Registration: All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 30, 2010. All requests for refunds must be received by ICSC in writing. ICSC Photo ID Badges: Badges will be mailed out in advance of the meeting to those who register and have a photo on file with ICSC, or submit an acceptable photo by September 13, 2010.
