P4 Environmental Coordinator Anderson stated this sign sits north of the tracks and back from the intersection, the sign on Ramsey Boulevard sits near the intersection with Highway 10. Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Brauer, to close the public hearing. Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Van Scoy, Brauer, and Cleveland. Voting No: None. Absent. Commissioners Dunaway, and Rogers. The public hearing closed at 7:32 p.m. Board Business - Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Brauer to recommend that City Council adopt the resolution adopting Findings of fact favorable to the applicant's request relating to the City of Ramsey HRA' s request for an interim use permit to deviate from sign restrictions established in City Code with an additional finding to read "That the proposed sign is part of the original signage and vision of The COR ". Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Van Scoy, Brauer, and Cleveland. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Dunaway, and Rogers. Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Brauer to recommend that City Council adopt the resolution granting approval of an interim use permit to deviate from sign restrictions at 14550 Armstrong Boulevard NW, based on the Findings of Fact, and declaring terms of the same. Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Van Scoy, Brauer, and Cleveland. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Dunaway, and Rogers.
