Councilmember Jeffrey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #10-09-201 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING $9,314 FROM EQUIPMENT REVOLVING FUND FOR <br />THE REPAIR OF THE CITY'S FIFTEEN-YEAR OLD WHEEL LOADER <br />WHEREAS, City Council was made aware of this repair in the August Weekly Update; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, being an unforeseen breakdown, this item was not included in the 2010 <br />General Fund budget; and <br />WHEREAS, per the Equipment Revolving Fund policy, this fund may be used for <br />unscheduled, unbudgeted, expensive maintenance repairs. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the Equipment Revolving Fund to fund the <br />wheel loader repair in the amount of $9,314 being it an unforeseen, unbudgeted <br />maintenance repair. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Look and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Wise <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />none <br />and the following abstained: <br />none <br />and the following were absent: <br />none <br />
