5.12 Adopt Resolution #10 -09 -212 Appointing Election Judges for the General Election on November 2, 2010 Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, Wise, Dehen, Elvig, and McGlone. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey. 6. PUBLIC HEARING 6.01 Public Hearing: Application for On -Sale, Sunday and 2:00 a.m. Intoxicating Liquor License; Case of S & B of Ramsey LLC D/B/A End Zone City Clerk Thieling reported that Mr. Bob Almeida of S & B of Ramsey LLC, had properly applied for an on -sale, Sunday and 2:00 a.m. intoxicating liquor license for the establishment at 6415 Highway now known as End Zone, formerly known as Spectators. She stated this item has been published as a public hearing. Motion by Councilmember Look and seconded by Councilmember Wise to close the regular portion of the City Council meeting in order to conduct the public hearing for an on -sale, Sunday and 2:00 a.m. intoxicating liquor license for S & B or Ramsey LLC, d/b /a End Zone. Motion carried. The regular portion of the City Council meeting was closed at 7:03 p.m. Public Hearing' Mayor Ramsey opened the public hearing at 7:03 p.m. and asked for public comment. No comments were made. Motion by Councilmember Look and seconded by Councilmember McGlone to close the public hearing. Motion carried. The public hearing was closed at 7:04 p.m. Council Business City Clerk Thieling noted that Mr. Bob Almeida, the liquor license applicant, was present. Mr. Almeida introduced himself to the Council. Motion by Councilmember Elvig and seconded by Councilmember Wise to approve an on -sale, Sunday and 2:00 a.m. intoxicating liquor license application for S & B of Ramsey LLC d/b /a End Zone. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Elvig, Wise, Dehen, Look, and McGlone. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey. City Council / September 28, 2010 Page 3 of 16
