Recommendation: <br />Enter into the purchase agreement and approve the Loan Agreement and Lease Agreement. <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to enter into a purchase agreement with Todd N. Bialon and Kelly J. Bialon for the purchase of <br />two vacant parcels of land located east of 7751 Highway 10 NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, being Anoka <br />County PINS 34- 32 -25 -31 -0004 and 34- 32 -25 -31 -0007, for a total purchase price of $ 635,370.00 which <br />amount is to be funded by a Metropolitan Council RALF loan. This motion is contingent on formal <br />approval by the Metropolitan Council approving the purchase and the purchase price and City Attorney <br />approval of the final legal form. <br />AND <br />Motion to authorize the City to enter into a Loan Agreement between the Metropolitan Council and City <br />of Ramsey For Protective Acquisition of Highway Right -of -Way for the parcel located at 7751 Highway <br />10 NW in the City in an amount not to exceed $ 682,970.00 . <br />ON-01 <br />Motion to enter into a lease agreement with Todd Bialon upon those terms as defined in the attached <br />Lease Data Sheet, contingent upon City closing on the property which is the subject of the lease and <br />contingent upon City Attorney approval of the final legal form. <br />Review Checklist: <br />City Administrator <br />Enclosure: <br />A.
