For Jan /Feb 2010, two invoices from Performance Plus Garage Door LLC were supplied to us. It appears that one
invoice is actually for Nov /Dec 2009 and the other is for Jan /Feb 2010; which means that I am an invoice short.
In researching this newsletter edition, I noticed that Youth First Marketing LLC ran a i page ad that we have no
invoice for. I am aware that Youth First Marketing LLC runs an 1/8 page ad every edition (at no cost), but the T
page ad that I'm referring to appears on page It and should have had a fee associated with it.
The City has not cashed the check from YFM yet for the March /April newsletter... we will be doing so once we have
completed our reconciliation process.
For the May /June edition, we are missing invoices from Ginger Cafe and B &B Carpet One, both of whom ran 1/8
page ads, and we still need to collect a check for that edition.
I will make the settlement of this file a priority. I am happy to receive the missing invoices at your earliest
convenience.
Sincerely,
Amy Dietl
City of Ramsey
7550 Sunwood Dr NW
Ramsey, MN 55303
adietl@ci.ramsey.mn.us
(763) 433 -9830
