Limited service restaurants are charged 1 <br />SAC/WAC per 22 seats while fiill service restaurants are charged one unit per 8 seats: <br />** According to our review, Buona Sera should have paid for an additional 10 <br />SAC/WAC units at the time of building permit; additional units were not. chazged by <br />Met Council; matter under review by~Met Council <br />SAC/WAC Units are based on anticipated water volume usage. One SAC/WAC Unit <br />is the equivalent to 274 gallons. ofwater/day. In 2004, one SAC unit is $1;350 and <br />one WAC unit is $ 2,200. <br />
