9.27.25 Severability. The provisions of this ordinance are severable, and if any provisions of <br />this ordinance, or application of any provision of this ordinance to any circumstance, is held <br />invalid, the application of such provision to other circumstances, and the remainder of this <br />ordinance must not be affected thereby. <br />SECTION 2. SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #06-32 has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #06-32 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning <br />and Subdivision of Land) to add a section to establish regulations and guidelines that will <br />provide standards for storm water pollution control within the City and consistent with the <br />requirements of Minnesota Statutes. <br />SECTION 3.
